Feed dispensers

Daltec feed dispensers are easy to operate and very easy to clean. The required feed quantity can be adjusted by a knob at the front base of the dispenser. If the dispenser cannot be reached directly, the adjustment can be made by using the extension handle. To avoid a possible feed waste in connection with farrowing sows, the dispensers can be disconnected seperately, in order not to open until they are connected again. Cleaning of the dispensers is very easy by the detachable funnels. Standard sizes of the dispensers are 4, 6, 8 and 10 l.

All Daltec’s round dispensers can be used in 2-phase feeding systems by using slide gates.

Please note, that existing dispensers easily can be rebuilt.

BIO-FIX® - Feeding system for loose housing system

BIO-FIX® is a louse-housing feeding system. Each BIO-FIX® dispenser can feed two animals. The dispensing rate takes place according to the slowest sows eating rate. This ensures order during the feeding.

The dispenser consists of a feed container, and in the hopper two augers are fitted, which lead the feed out.

By means of the closing valve the dispenser can also be adjusted to feed one animal. BIO-FIX® is available in 6 l dispensers.
 

Feed drop 50.8 mm

Daltec’s new feed drop is hygienic and easy to clean. The feed drop can be disconnected and assembled without using any tools. The drop is adjusted to Ø58 mm and Ø63 mm down pipes.
 

Feed drop 63-system

The feed drop is designed for handling the feed amount that the 63-system transports so that the feed line is completely emptied. The outlet can therefore with advantage be used in phase feeding systems with phase slides, where it is important that the tube is emptied completely. By using adapters, the feed drop can also be used for all other tube sizes : 38, 45, 50, 55 and 60 mm.

Solid feed valve applying in connection with phase feeding with 3 feed mix. A lamp indicates when the valve is open.

Multimix valve with sensor

Multimix valve with sensor is feeding according to requirements. The valve with detector detects when a dispenser is empty. The signal is lead to the control unit of the system, which determins when the dispensers are to be filled again. Lamps on the valve indicate the valve position and when it calls for feed
 

Phase slide gates

Feed drop for 3-phase feeding. The required feed is adjusted on the slide.

Please note, that ordinary feed drops easily can be extended to 3-phase outlets.
