DALTEC DC Dosing unit

DALTEC DC Dosing is a patented dosing unit for mixing dry feed additives, like minerals, medicine, etc. into the feed as powder. One of the major advantages by this dos-ing unit, is that, it is equipped with a patented anti-bridging mechanism that minimizes the tendency of bridge building of the feed. The dosing amount can gradually be set between 30 - 200 g/min. according to the volume of the additives. Furthermore the DC Dosing unit is equipped with a telescopic connection, so check weighing is made easier. Finally, it has a built in electronic surveillance that ensures that the motor is not exposed to overload.

Bio-Dosing means precise dosing throughout the whole feeding system. The unit is build upon a new principle where the additives in liquid form are injected directly into the feed line of the feeding system. The benefit is that the additives immediately bond to the feed and that the concentration of the additives therefore will be the same in every part of the feeding system.
