Re-designed UNIC drive unit where the possibility to change the pulling direction is made easier. It is designed in a way, so the tendency that feed will de-posit in the drive unit is hereby minimized.

DALTEC DC Dosing is a patented dosing unit for mixing dry feed additives, like minerals, medicine, etc. into the feed as powder. One of the major advantages by this dos-ing unit, is that, it is equipped with a patented anti-bridging mechanism that minimizes the tendency of bridge building of the feed. The dosing amount can gradually be set between 30 - 200 g/min. according to the volume of the additives. Furthermore the DC Dosing unit is equipped with a telescopic connection, so check weighing is made easier. Finally, it has a built in electronic surveillance that ensures that the motor is not exposed to overload.

Especially suitable for feed that has a tendency to get hard and block the system. The ball stirs the feed during opening and closing of the dispenser.

Daltec Feed Assistant is a 4-phase feeding computer. Every feed phase can either be from one silo or a mix from different silos. Every of the four feed phases can be related to a feed mix table making it possible automatically to adjust the feed composition according to the needs of the animals. The Feed Assistant uses mechanical phase slides. This makes it possible to offer phase feeding at a lower cost than traditional multiphase systems.

Fiber-coat is a patented strong and hygienic transport cable made of synthetic fibres. The advantages are higher tensile strength compared to steel cable and also food approved materials for the coating and discs. The coating makes this cable extremely hygienic and also makes this cable as easy to install as a traditional steel cable. Fiber-coat weighs up to 66% less than chains. This reduces the dead load of the system and reduces stress on corners, drive unit as well as on the motor and gearbox.

”Baby-Cup” is designed to the needs of very young pigs. It has a built-in flow regulation
device providing 0.6 litres of water per minute. That is exactly the quantity a sucking pig can drink. Unnecessary waste of water is avoided. Young pigs avoid stress situations since the water is slowly running and not splashing, intimidating the young pigs every time they drink. The “Baby-Cup” drinker is designed so as to keep the surroundings completely dry. The rounded shape provides no hiding-place for bacteria. The back of the drinker is situated 5 mm from the wall enabling optimal combating of pathogenic micro-organisms when cleaning the pigsty. Weaners gain in weight since “Baby-Cup” secures optimal water supplies teaching the pigs to drink earlier. This means a considerable higher profitability for the pig farmers.
